Who We Are

We’re a Christchurch-based mortgage advisory practice with a sole focus on non-bank lending. While most mortgage advisers spend most of their time placing straightforward bank loans, we’ve built our practice around the situations banks can’t — or won’t — help with.

Our director, Addison Dale, is a licensed financial adviser who works with 15+ non-bank lenders across New Zealand. Every client gets direct access to Addison — not a call centre, not a junior, not a chatbot. One adviser, start to finish.

Why We Exist

The New Zealand banking system works well for most people. But it doesn’t work for everyone. If you’re self-employed with complex income, if you have a credit issue from years ago, if you need to move fast on a property and the bank can’t keep up — you need a different approach.

That’s where we come in. We know the non-bank lending market inside out, and we use that knowledge to find the right lender for your situation, negotiate the best available terms, and build a plan to get you back to a bank when the time is right.
